 John began in the demolition industry over 30 years ago as a Project Engineer working along side his father, John Adamo Sr., the founder of Adamo Group. Over the years John has developed the knowledge and expertise to manage any size project to completion.
John serves on the board of the National Demolition Association, is a member of the City of Detroit Board of Wrecking Examiners and is a 40 hour OSHA HAZMAT Supervisor. His past service includes Board of Director for the National Association of Demolition Contractors, Chairman on the Right-to-know committee, member of the Advisory Committee for the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services (MIOSHA), CS Part 20 Demolition. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Florida General Contractor.

 Richard began his career 18 years ago and has managed numerous complex projects eventually developing his expertise at managing municipality and government based projects. He also enjoys managing projects in the automotive and industrial sectors.
He currently serves on the National Demolition Association Awards Committee. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University.

 Tom has 26 years experience as an estimator and project manager of site earthwork, site utility, parks, walking path and school athletic complex projects. He also has extensive experience in purchasing and trades management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Oakland University with a major in Accounting.

 Eugene is critical to Adamo Groups successful safety record. With proficiency in physical, biological and environmental sciences, and over 31 years experience in the demolition and construction industries, Gene ensures a safe and healthful demolition project workplace. He is responsible for the continuing development and implementation of our Corporate Health and Safety Programs (CHSP) and policies, administration of M.U.S.T. Drug/Alcohol Testing and Safety Training Program, employee background checks and verification, new employee orientation, site-specific health and safety plan design and implementation, and employee medical surveillance, monitoring and hazard protection. Gene currently serves on the Construction Association of Michigan (CAM) Safety Committee. He holds OSHA 30-Hour, 10-Hour Demolition/Construction Safety and Health, 32-Hour Asbestos and 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations (HazWOp) certificates.

 Justin has over 15 years of experience in industrial and commercial development and applies these skills to his project management, estimating and safety officer roles. He is involved with partial and total demolition, hazardous material abatement and redevelopment. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and is a licensed builder in the state of Michigan.
